SCOPE:The incumbent performs a variety of mechanical work requiring the knowledge and use of proper work methods, tools and materials. Performs work independently without close supervision. Instructions from a Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Maintenance Worker may be required on more difficult tasks. The incumbent reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

EQUIPMENT USED:Typical equipment used includes, but is not limited to, the following: circular, table and reciprocating saws; electric drill; sander; electric auger and gas torch.

Extensive exposure to all kinds of weather. Routinely lifts up to 100 lbs. Extensive standing, bending, walking, climbing and crawling. Routinely exposed to chemical cleaning agents.
OTHER:The candidate must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in state of residence, and maintain an insurable driving record under the terms and conditions of the CMHA auto liability policy. The candidate may have no more than 4 accumulated points in 3 consecutive years.
PAY RATE IS $18.62/HOURLY
