Your Role:

  • Develop new business prospects effectively and manage current accounts.
  • Develop own autonomy in creating a niche approach to a market or industry.
  • Facilitation of excellence with client and candidate experience.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information discretely, tactfully and appropriately when handling different queries and situations. 

Competencies Required:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in recruitment, account management or human resources is a MUST.
  • Self-Starter with high levels of drive, proactivity and results-orientated work style.
  • Knowledge of technology preferred
  • Tenacious, resilient and commercial adept would be an advantage.
  • Persuasive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail minded, multi-tasking and strong organisational skills.
  • Commitment to the growth and success of Recruit-A-Lytics.
